about

Dear Bandcamp audience, in front of you is a new album of dark zenica electro sound titled:
"Tales from Harbors, Coastlines, Bays and Seasides."
During this summer period, recording an ambient album felt like a natural choice, especially considering the persistent requests from my fans, which they say:
"Hey, record something for the seaside holidays in your style." Thus, amidst these sweltering days when temperatures reach up to 40 degrees, it seemed logical to create something related to the sand beaches with sea sounds. I then contemplated the concept of the album and thought about how it would be to go to the seaside holidays in a cyberpunk dystopia. This is where things get tricky because, in that cyberpunk future, where a global ecological catastrophe has occurred.
Going to the beach is an understatement – it's practically impossible. Firstly, the seas are ruined, poisoned by toxic waste and the like, so swimming becomes a personal risk on beaches that are also filled with all sorts of riffraff. Not to mention the journey towards the sea, with non-existent or devastated roads, and the presence of thieves and other such phenomena. In the cyberpunk future, people can go to the sea in off-world colonies.
There, artificially created beaches resembling the Maldives
(which, by the way, are sinking, and their owners supposedly received some compensation papers)
exist, but only those who have money, or rather, credits, which serve as currency in the cyberpunk future, can go there. The rest, who don't have as many credits, can purchase a good hologram for a slightly lower price, and those with cheaper tickets can buy VR goggles. Essentially, for most people, vacationing at the seaside, as we experience it today, becomes a noun of imagination in the cyberpunk future. Ponder upon that.
The tracks on the album are designed to depict the cyberpunk future that is real in that age, the virtual one, and the one on the off-world colonies reserved for the wealthy of that era. The album consists of 16 tracks and costs 7 euros, while individual tracks are priced at 2 euros each.
